Latifu lives with his older sister and mother in a small one room house that they rent. Sadly, the father, who was a policeman, died in 2019 of a bullet wound. The family has a garden where they grow just enough food to feed themselves. The mother has no income and no job. She would like to get back to selling charcoal if she was given a small amount of capital to purchase supplies. Latifu was born with albinism which makes his situation harder than that of most children. Latifu hasn’t been to school yet. His mother cannot send him to school without help.
