Defending the Defenseless
We have a big goal.
We want to defend the defenseless children we serve, helping to end the abuse, neglect, and discrimination that holds them down, by sharing with them the life-changing love of Jesus.
We realize that this is a very big goal; some might say too big. We don’t think so. But honestly, we don’t worry about that anyway. Our ultimate goal, after all, is to love others the way Jesus loved others; to love others the way he loves us. It’s not always neat and tidy, and often things don’t go just exactly how we planned, but we just keep loving, because that’s what he expects of us.
When we love others unconditionally we show them God’s love, and remind them that God loves them too. When we teach them the value of love and how mistreating others brings destruction, we provide them with hope for today, for tomorrow, and for eternity.
